He has spent several years working for Multi-National Companies in various roles including as a General Manger in his last assignment where he set up and led the Industrial division in the group.
In 2012, he founded Adroit Engineering Services (AES) in Doha (Qatar) followed shortly by new offices in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Muscat (Oman) and Dubai (UAE) which currently serves as the Group Headquarters.

Prashant leads a team of service engineers who are responsible for the after sales services of the machines supplied by the AES in the region ranging from compressors both screw and centrifugal, Refrigeration & Adsorption Dryers, Scrubbers, Cooling towers, Chillers and Machine tools .
B.E. Electrical Engineering
nilesh@adroit-aes.comNilesh with an Electrical Engineering background and 20+ years of experience in Project Management of turn-key projects of Compressed Air, on site Nitrogen Generation, Vacuum Exhaust and Filtration Systems and Machine tools Equipment.
Presently, based in Abu Dhabi, he is responsible for development of new businesses in Oil & Gas, Aluminium and Steel smelters and other industries. He is also involved in Automation and controls projects for upgradation / retrofitting of old and obsolete Automation systems to improve the machine / process efficiency, productivity and man machine safety.

He has been a crucial Project team member for Tendering and contracts of Trunkey Compressed air Projects, nitrogen Generator Plants and Dust collector systems. With extensive experience in this area he can evaluate engineering specifications, make deviation and compliance statements, discuss in detail with the Client engineering team and provide with industrial solution adhering to best engineering practices.
Responsible for Technical Sales Department, he leads a team that excels at Sales of Air Compressors Package, on site Nitrogen Generation, Blowers / Vacuum systems, Dust and Fume extraction Systems, and Machine tools Equipment.
amr@adroit-aes.comAmr, with 10 years of experience in the region heads the Metals and strapping team (Band-IT) for Adroit. Amr is responsible for handling the contractors and submission of material submittal at the inspection of any Civil / Infrastructural project. He is pivotal in bagging many reputed projects for supply of aluminum sheets which are used for cladding applications.
He is responsible for meeting Consultants, Engineering and MEP teams discussing with them the technical aspects of the project, getting approvals, and submission of material submittals and samples.
